What’s one of the most inconvenient and uncomfortable things that you’ve done lately?
If you’ve been with me for a while you know that I’ve been stretching myself like crazy. How you may ask?
Before COVID I was having success with my business, running local events, being off social media and enjoying the hermit life… Then came lock down and the gift was realizing that I wanted to reach a lot more women all over the globe.
So the goal this year was: GET OUT THERE.
My word for this year was: VISIBILITY.
It’s great to dream and have desires but if they aren’t followed by action they will just become wishful thinking.
When you take action, it might be INCONVENIENT AND UNCOMFORTABLE.
Here’s where I have stretched myself and done uncomfortable things this year:
Starting my Youtube channel
Getting back on social media after happily being off of it and growing my business without it.
Reviving my FB groups, showing up, posting, even doing FB lives – Thanks Zia Cross for the challenge–
Making time to learn new skills, and you can see I intentionally said “making time” because we all tend to say “I don’t have the time” I’ve been attending some of these classes and courses during my lunch hour, waking up earlier and listening to the recordings during my workouts when I’d rather be listening to music.
Traveling to business events to experience them live vs. hiding behind my computer in a safe, easy, convenient environment
