Do you sprint in a marathon? Or do you keep an even pace? I’m referring to your marathon of business and life?
This has been an intense and exciting start to the year.
We hosted a wonderful networking event where we made some powerful connections!
We launched the podcast at the end of January, which was amazing, I did a launch party that was so much fun!
The podcast in just 3 weeks the podcast is already:
RANKING IN THE TOP 5% GLOBALLY,
Ranked in the TOP #38 IN PODCASTS IN SPAIN and we’ve had
Over 500 PLAYS IN THESE FIRST 3 WEEKS!
We did the “Manifesting Abundance Challenge” where so much was being shifted and manifested in that first week. I have to give a big shout out to Sheila Burrel, who set an intention of manifesting $2,000 by the end of the week and instead she brought in an unexpected $10,000!!!
All of this is wonderful and amazing but I have to say I couldn’t have done this without the help of:
My team from The Courage To Be
My friends, colleagues that supported me along the way
YOU, by reading, spreading the word and sharing
So THANKS!!!!
Going back to the marathon analogy, I’m proud of myself for all the accomplishments, I’m thankful to all the souls helping and supporting along the way and I’m still working on finding my cadence… sigh…My husband tends to be my witness and reminds me to pace myself.
I did hit my walls along this journey, fears and doubts crept up and then this last week I was exhausted… as well as my team. We did honor ourselves and took some time off.
My takeaways from the start of the year:
learn to plan and pace yourself
Leave extra room from your launch dates when you are launching something new
The fears and doubts will show up and you have to figure out how you’re going to deal with them
The mottos that worked for me: “Do it messy” and “Progress Not Perfection”
I’d love to hear what have you learned when launching something new? Please comment below or reply and share with me.
Have a fabulous weekend!
Tania
Ps: As we are finessing the podcast, I’d love to hear what are some topics that you’d like to hear about? Just hit reply and let me know. I’ll look for some guest experts in that area.
