She is also the creator, producer and host of the Succeed Against the Odds show and the visionary and founder of the annual, global charity event Shimmy Mob which is going on right now, dedicated to reducing the incidents of domestic violence and intimate partner violence.
As you can see this is a powerful story of overcoming fears and circumstances with courage.
